The Bike Project relies heavily on bicycle donations to keep running successfully.

We welcome donations from individuals, Housing Associations or public buildings that may have abandoned bikes, bike shops who need to get rid of bikes, etc.

We take all bikes in any size or condition.

A small proportion of the bikes that we receive are sold through The Bike Shop to generate funds, the proceeds of which support The Bike Project, which ensures our long term sustainability.

Please ensure any bikes you donate to us are not still registered with, as we cannot donate bikes which are registered to other owners. This check takes less than one minute; you will need the frame number, which is usually located underneath the bottom bracket (where the pedals attach to the frame).

If you have registered a bike, you can re-register it to before you donate it.
