Even better, we're covered by the Fix Your Bike Voucher Scheme, as part of the active travel plan. You can get a £50 voucher towards your bike repair, courtesy of the Government. You can apply at the link above for your voucher.
So if your bike needs a little fixing, our mechanics are covered by this scheme. And they're pretty amazing!

What's included in the Full Bike Service?
One of our fully qualified mechanics will give your bike some serious TLC. The service includes:
- Brakes and gears adjusted
- Wheels trued and tensioned in truing stand
- Bearing adjusted
- Tyres inflated
- Chain lubricated
- Components checked for wear
- Frame and fork wiped down and checked for damage
- Drive chain de-greased, cleaned, checked for wear and re-lubricated.
And remember: you get a courtesy bike to get around town while we fix up your bike.
When and how should I drop off my bike?
Please drop off your bike to our London Workshop
- Drop off your bike at our workshop before 9am, or the day before your booking.

Call the workshop on 07751 292 401 when you arrive and one of the team will come out to meet you and coordinate a contact-free handover of the bike.
We recommend a fantastic courier company called Pedal Me who will be able to transport your bike from your home to our workshop. Bookings can be made through their website.
When will my bike be ready for collection?
We aim to complete your service within 2 business days, unless specialist parts need to be ordered. Servicing will be completed Monday - Thursday.
Your mechanic will call you after they have assessed the bike, to chat through what work is needed and to discuss any extra costs for new parts.
Once that's done, your mechanic will let you know when you can expect your bike will be ready for pick up.
What about new parts? Can I use my own parts?
Unfortunately we can't work with your spares at the moment. This is so we can guarantee the safety of your bike and the repairs.
But don't worry - any extra costs for new parts will be discussed with you before any work begins.
What's the deal with the courtesy bike?
Only available for Full Bike Service bookings. Subject to size and availability, we'll offer you one of our fabulous courtesy bikes for the duration of your service. The courtesy bike is a single speed, bull horn bike.
Please note that you're responsible for any damage to the bike while it is with you. We'll provide you with a lock, so please do your best to keep it safe!
