What is an online bike mechanic?

A bespoke one-to-one online bike servicing video session with one of our ace mechanics online. We will assist you with any basic repair and maintenance of your bike virtually. You'll be doing the work, but our mechanics will talk you through repairs you may need.

You can ask multiple questions and learn multiple skills. You've got our mechanic's full attention and knowledge for the entire time you've booked - perfect for small to medium-sized fixes that we can coach you through remotely. The big stuff will have to wait until we're able to see you in person again!

Your one-to-one Dr Bike session will include personalised tips and tricks to:

    • Help with bike set up
    • Help with punctures
    • Saddle and pedal fixes
    • Other basic repair and maintenance

        All you need is:

          • Good camera on your phone or computer
          • Stable internet connection
          • Rudimentary tool-kit (including spanner, screwdriver and Allen keys). No stress if you don't have these items, you can purchase them here!
