As 2025 draws to a close, we want to extend a massive, heartfelt thank you to every company—and every member of staff—who has supported The Bike Project this year.
Your time, energy, creativity, and generosity have helped us give freedom, independence, and joy to thousands of refugees, one bike at a time. We couldn’t do this without you.
UK Companies who supported us this year
Below are just some of the amazing ways our brilliant corporate partners have supported us throughout the year. Some of the businesses that have generously supported us include:
🚲 Corporate Volunteers
Thank you to the wonderful teams who rolled up their sleeves and volunteered at our workshops—refurbishing bikes, handing them out to refugees, and spreading kindness week after week. Volunteering partners included Ben & Jerry’s, Universal Colours, APAX, and Amazon.

🚴 Corporate Fundraisers
From group rides to creative personal challenges, our fundraisers went above and beyond to raise crucial funds for our work.
Huge thank you to the brilliant teams of riders from APAX, AHMM, Vitol, and London Cycle Hire, who took part in this year’s London to Brighton challenge, raising funds for The Bike Project.
Amazon’s Delivery Drivers and Vitol also raised a staggering amount on their static bike fundraising challenges. AHMM and Knight Architects also took on unique fundraising challenges for us. Your miles—and smiles—truly mattered.
🔐 Sponsorships & Event Support
Some partners backed key elements of our programmes and events, helping us expand our reach and deepen our impact. Thank you for powering our community events and keeping our beneficiaries safe on the road.
- Cyclehoop – became our first official Lock Sponsor, helping bike recipients keep their bikes secure
- Bolt – sponsored our Pedal Power Summer Social: read Bolt’s blog here
🔧 Donated Parts & Accessories
Parts and accessories are one of our biggest costs—and one of the biggest barriers to giving away more bikes. Frog Bikes, Amazon, and Schwalbe are all generous donors of parts and accessories, who made it possible for us to help many more refugees ride safely and confidently, transforming lives.
🌟 Raising awareness
Several partners made a huge impact by bringing our mission to new audiences in inspiring ways.
- Ben & Jerry’s – Featured us in the Social Mission Tent at the Ben & Jerry’s Festival
- SunGod – Released a microfibre sunglasses pouch featuring quotes from our community
- Goose Studios – Donated proceeds from their Black Friday sale
💷 Match Funding
Freshfields, Warburg Pincus and Vitol Foundation generously doubled the impact of staff fundraising—helping every pound go further.
